Born in Lusaka, Zambia, Natasha grew up in Miami, FL., graduating from the New World High School of the Arts. She holds a Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from Florida Atlantic University and an undergraduate degree in Psychology from Florida International University.
Natasha has lived in Spain, England, Brooklyn, NY and Asheville, NC. She worked in Elementary Education as a Special Education Teacher and ESE Program Coordinator for several years. While teaching in London, she completed post-graduate studies in Counselling Psychology and Humanistic Counselling, and was a member of the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists (BACP).
As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Florida, Natasha works with families and individuals on a variety of issues. She works with young children through Medicaid funded programs in Broward and Palm Beach County. In Private Practice in Boca Raton, she welcomes all genders, ages, cultures and sexual orientations, and especially enjoys working with young adults and teens. Natasha focuses on the therapeutic relationship and empowering people to build resiliency through empathy and respect.
